Sam: Here are the photos on how to put the bed together. It's a basic build: bottom goes down and the sides velcro together and the foam middle goes in. Lay the inflatable mattress tubes out with the tube openings on the side where the zipper comes together. This way you can zip it up and have the tubes hang out (if you want to change the softness). I would blow up the mattress first and then zip the top on. Last, the mattress tubes have white plugs on their openings. Take them off when you connect the tubes and save them. If you don't want to have the pump connected to the mattress then blow up the tubes and pull the things off and put the caps on to keep the air in. Call if you have questions (I'm sure you will.)
